Raise a glass to AUTUMN.

We'll be celebrating the arrival of the fall season from the fields and pastures of Windham and New London County under the direction of guest Chef Jefferson Munroe of Columbia's Good Farm and Twin Beaks Fried Chicken. The dinner's trappings will be paired with our brewing partner Epicure Brewing from Norwich  a curated wine list and some boozy bevs for dessert. Chef Munroe will cook a special menu that highlights the bounty of the region, featuring pasture-raised meats, local produce, and artisan dairy grown and crafted by our partnering farms.

The menu will be a collection of dishes and featuring the bounty from our farm partners. Each course will be paired with a beer (and wine) offering.

Inspired by the fall season, we're curating a menu that celebrates the bounty of the harvest. Upon arrival, we'll start with German sausages and local cheese, accompanied by pretzels and beer mustard. For the main course, served family style, there will be warmed sauerkraut, stuffed pork belly, and pureed winter squash. Next, there will be chicken fat scalloped potatoes, braised Brussels sprouts, radishes, pearl onions, and rotisserie chicken. To complete your meal, we'll gather some of what's in the orchards to savor a delicious apple dessert.

Adding to the ambiance, the music of Chris Beaudry (and his band will blend funk's vibrant beats with jazz's sophisticated improvisations.

The dinner takes place both outdoors on the farm grounds and inside the historic carriage barn, once home to the famed Golden Lamb Buttery.

The event lasts approximately until around 9:30-10pm.

The ticket price is $125, all-inclusive plus tax. This covers the multi-course meal with locally brewed beer, wine, farm activities, gratuity, live music, and some surprises.

Working with the abundance of the season, our menu is subject to change.

This menu is served family style and all guests receive the same food. There are gluten-sensitive and vegetarian options throughout the meal.

About Field & Feast

Neighborhood Game-Changer Andy Gütt, whose hospitality starts close to home. He's a CT. native andgrad of Eastern CT. State University. Andy has has earned fans near and far, including rave reviews from the New York Times, and top honors from the Connecticut Restaurant Association. He's known for his neighborhood engergizing Willimantic restaurants, Cafemantic, later Stone Row, and his years as an award-winning caterer to weddings and the university community of eastern Connecticut.

Through Field and Feast, his immersive farm-to-table dining project at Little Dipper Farm, his mission is celebrate what makes us human despite our differences, curating experiences that bring together chef collaborators and farmer partners to celebrate the connection between land, food, and community.

Andy lives in Willimantic where he's taking on his latest project- restoring an 1890 Victorian home to share with friends and family.

Island Roots, New England Ground: After years of success with GOOD Farm, farm-to-table shop The Larder, and the iconic Komrade Chicken on Martha's Vineyard, Jefferson and his wife Erin have set down roots in Columbia, Connecticut. Jefferson's passion for good food extends beyond the farm. This includes his popular Twin Beaks Fried Chicken, a food trailer serving up delectable fried chicken dishes made with fresh, sustainable ingredients raised on the GOOD Farm.

Once home to the Hillandale Handweavers and the Golden Lamb Buttery, The Little Dipper Farm has been reimagined by the new owners Lori and Venus Corriveau, who aim to honor the historic farm's legacy while creating a new chapter for the land.

Today, Little Dipper Farm is a destination for those wishing to relax and enjoy nature, to reconnect with the outdoors and to educate themselves on how to keep the environment healthy and sustainable.
