First Course

  • Cheese and Charcuterie: Local cheese, charcuterie, accompaniments
  • Sherry Roasted Beets (VGF): Satsumas, fried almonds, olive oil powder, lemon-thyme honey
  • Kale Caesar Salad: Garlic croutons, creamy dressing, pecorino

Second Course

  • Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque (VGF): Ricotta, toasted sunflower seeds, pumpkin oil
  • Mushroom Toast (V): Rustica bread, whole grain mustard, truffle
  • Tuna Crudo (GF): Toasted nori, sesame, ginger, soy pudding, sriracha, yuzu, tobiko

Third Course

  • Smash Burger: Kindred Crossing beef, red wine caramelized onion, gruyère, umami mayo
  • Halibut (GF): Turnip brandade, romanesco, turnips
